FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHICH DAYS DO YOU SHIP & DELIVER? In most cases, if your order is submitted by 12 noon, we will ship it out the same day. We ship Monday through Thursday. We only ship macarons overnight to ensure the freshness of the product when you receive it. UPS does not deliver on the weekend, unless you contact us directly to request this service (it is very expensive). ATTN: NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, & MAINE SHIPMENTS These 3 states have some areas where you qualify for UPS Ground Shipping because you are located in a 1 day transit area. The other parts of the state are required to use Next Day Air Saver. If you choose the wrong type of shipping we will notify you and charge you the difference. We ship French Macarons with gel ice packs to ensure there quality arrival to you. Please check the UPS zone map, or the Cost and Location Calculator to verify which area you are shipping to. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? We are located at 85 Faunce Corner Road, Dartmouth, MA 02747. STORING YOUR FRENCH MACARONS Macarons can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 6 days. If you plan on taking longer to enjoy them then place them in an airtight container in freezer for up to a month. Be sure to bring french macarons up to room temperature before eating this ensures the filling and interior blend together for a perfect texture. DO YOU USE NUTS OR NUT PRODUCTS IN YOUR BAKED GOODS? French Macarons are made with almond flour. Our Macarons are gluten free. Some of our other products do contain various nuts. Due to the nature of our baking process we cannot guarantee that our other baked goods have not come into contact with some form of nut or nut oil ingredient. UPS requires a street address on every package they deliver and is not allowed to deliver to Post Office Boxes. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED? We send a shipping confirmation on every order to the contact e-mail address you list on your order. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
